First thing

The first thing is to hit the shuttlecock successfully

Player hitting a shuttlecock

When you hold the racket, you have to keep your eyes on the shuttlecock, otherwise it will be difficult to hit it.

A common mistake

Proper badminton stance demonstration

Your racket hand should be placed a little bit behind and sideways from you, and your body should be turned slightly sideways. This will allow you to hit the shuttlecock better.
